RecommendedI rented a property from Jennifer King and it was a terrible experience. She was very hard to get ahold of and when I did get ahold of her she was very intimidating and never fully addressed my concerns. I often felt like she was avoiding me. I would definitely not recommend renting a property from her.
At least one agent working for this company needs a lesson in good business ethics. By playing games she cost her clients a full price offer on their property. If I am able I will be filing a complaint with the board of realtors and having this matter looked in to.
My realtor didn't inform me of my rights as a buyer and, consequentially, the seller got out of their responsibilities which will cost me an extra $1,000.00. Also, my realtor disregarded my request to keep the washer and dryer even after I specifically requested ALL appliances stay. Now Kelly will not call me back after a week after stating she would.
