One of the worst customer service places I’ve ever been to. I went with another apartment complex and, when I filled out the application they required 400 dollars which is ridiculous in itself. They aren’t even that nice.... I have not received my 400 back yet and it’s been almost a month now. I had to goto the attorney generals office and will he taking them to court soon. Don’t ever try to rent from this place. A total joke.
My hubs and I lived there for 2 years and l absolutely loved it. We’ve moved across the country a few times, have lived in 4 different apartment complexes and this was by far the best community. The office staff was so lovely! I was very pregnant at one point and wasn’t going to be able to help my husband move furniture in and one of the girls from the office never hesitated to volunteer herself to help hoist the ridiculously heavy piece of furniture!
