I have been a patient of Dr. O’Neill for 9 yrs. for my routine eye exams and this past August for cataract surgery on both eyes. My last appointment with Dr. O’Neill was in response to my concern regarding a minor injury to my one eye. Upon my notifying his office of this, I received a quick response and saw Dr. O’Neill within a day of my call. I had cataract surgery on my right eye two days ago, and will have it on my left eye next week. I am very impressed with Dr. O’Neill’s skill, courtesy, and professionalism. He answered all of my questions, put a couple of my anxieties to rest, and made my surgery and visit positive experiences. I have been seeing him for several years and he always takes his time to explain to me what he is doing and why. Very pleased with his professionalism and caring attitude.
This was a check up to check field of vision and check my glaucoma. He determined that I should follow up with a visit to a glaucoma specialist and made sure that I got a quick appointment with the specialist. A doctor who cares.
