Dr. OCarroll is the best doctor I have ever been to. I have been under her care for about 13 years. She always goes the extra mile to help me. Her staff is great also!
Finding a doctor that will listen and is attentive is important to me. Dr. O'Carroll is not only very friendly, but she is incredibly knowledgeable. She doesn't hurry my appointment. She is very thorough and has a good mix of friendliness and get to the point of the problem. She doesn't seem to want to medicate the symptoms but rather find the cause of the problem and address that. I've seen my fair share of doctors in my day and she ranks high in my book. I strongly recommend her.
He doesn't seem to care about patients... doesn't review the complete medication list . Prescribes medication but isn't timely on refills.

Dr. B. explains everything to you. Most of all, he believes the body heals itself - with a little help from a partnership between his expertise and his patient's participation. He educates you to prevent illness and injury from happening and takes great care of you when it does. Wish I'd found him sooner.
No issues with the staff but the doctor I do not recommend. She does not like to discuss issues. It is either her way or the highway.
Problem being, no discussion with health care plan, you'll be given orders on what is expected as the patient, if you as the patient would like to discuss with Dr. O'Carroll, tough that won't happen, you'll be excused from practice instead. If you go with a cold once or twice a year, or would like flu shot, you'll be fine here. If you have plans to be an active participant, find someone else.
I liked Dr. Watemberg but his nurse is terrible. She didn’t send my CT order for many days for something urgent. I had to call this office and touchstone countless times over many days. She doesn’t respond to messages on the portal ever, I would call and she wouldn’t return phone calls. She said she would call me back and never would. Once my results came in from my CT scan, she never called and I had to go to touchstone to pick them up. She finally called the next week and said “your results look fine” and I had the results... read more
Always friendly staff, in and out, always caring and listens to all concerns. Dr. O’Carroll treats our whole family!
