HORRIBLE!!!! She didn’t know what powder to use on my nails!! She went on my skin with the tools 5 TIMES!!!!!! From RUSHING AFTER ASKING HER TO SLOW DOWN!!!! SHE DID ALL OF MY FRENCHTIPS CROOKED!! I ASKED FOR DESIGN COLOR SHE COLORED MY NAILS SO SLOPPY I COULDNT DEAL WITH IT ANYMORE!’ THW OWNER CAME AND LAUGHED IN MY FACE! I ASKED HER TO REMOVE THE COLOR SHE REFUSED TO TAKE THE NAIL POLISH OFF OF ME !! RUN !!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE

I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I paid $65 for a full set of nails, Right from the beginning, I noticed the nails were applied incorrectly — especially my right thumb, which was visibly bent and tilting to the left. I repeatedly told her that the nails were not applied straight and needed to be fixed properly, but instead of correcting the base, she just kept adding more powder to cover the issue, which didn’t help at all. I've been a customer here for years and I love it. I travel alot for work and no one does my nails as good as Tina and Mimi. The entire staff is great, very kind and professional.
