I recently visited Kelly Nails and unfortunately had a disappointing experience with the owner, Kelly. Kelly did my pedicure yesterday, but it felt like very little effort or care was put into my service. I chose my own nail colors, but there was no conversation, guidance, or feedback about the color scheme while the service was being done. I asked for French tips, but by the time the pedicure was finished I realized my toes were not French tipped at all. Hangs up every time I call. I'm not sure how any one is able to schedule an appointment if all they do is answer and hang up. I do not recommend this place of business.
