I recently visited Kelly Nails and unfortunately had a disappointing experience with the owner, Kelly. Kelly did my pedicure yesterday, but it felt like very little effort or care was put into my service. I chose my own nail colors, but there was no conversation, guidance, or feedback about the color scheme while the service was being done.
