I had a great experience with Kelly, who was kind and helpful throughout the process. Unfortunately, my interaction with Kevin, the business manager, was the complete opposite. I called because none of my telehealth links were working, and from the moment he answered the phone, his tone came across as hostile, aggressive, and condescending. She not only listens but she is very thorough & after one session with her -I already have more hope & peace of mind than I have in over 8 years- She is helping me through my rough times & is working with me to determine the best medicine for me. She also has a very good assistant-Kaitlin is wonderful & always so helpful & personable which helps also when I need something.
