We recently purchased a house on Point Loma and Kelly was our agent (buyers agent). Kelly was prompt with all communications, gave good and honest advice, which resulted in a smooth closing. We were very happy with Kelly’s representation and would recommend her to both buyers and sellers.
Kelly Madruga helped my family sell my mother’s home after she passed. She was super! She helped us sort through 19 offers and get top dollar for the house (which needed work). She made sure we had everything ready for inspections and was always available by phone. She knew the neighborhood well and knew exactly how to price the house. I would definitely use her again. Highly recommend.
Kelly Madruga is amazing she helped us from beginning to end. Kelly explained to us the meaning of staging a home. If you stage it properly and can have future home owners see that they can live in your home it makes a world a of a difference. - Kelly took the time to help me do this as I had no clue what I was doing. Our family home was only on the market for 5 days and we sold it. That is unheard of in the climate we have these days.
