My experience gained was Confidence in Compliance, Hands-on mock collections prepared me for live donor interactions. and Problem Solving, I learned how to handle shy bladder, temperature out of range, refusals etc. Because of Kelly’s lab services I successfully completed training and the mock collection exam. I’m walking away with real skills. Thank you.
