I’ve taken a DNA course before along with 2 other courses for different industries and Kelly Lab Services is by the far BEST course I’ve taken. Stephanie is a great instructor and gives you more than enough resources to help you not only pass your DOT exam and receive your DNA certificate but also start your business. Money well spent!
My experience gained was Confidence in Compliance, Hands-on mock collections prepared me for live donor interactions. and Problem Solving, I learned how to handle shy bladder, temperature out of range, refusals etc. Because of Kelly’s lab services I successfully completed training and the mock collection exam. I’m walking away with real skills. Thank you.

I recently attended a DOT testing class, and overall, it was very organized. Coach Stephanie reviewed our understanding of the step-by-step DOT testing process, showed us how to fill out the CCF forms correctly, and emphasized the importance of staying in compliance. It was a great experience. Thank you Coach Stephanie!
I think that the content was great, and very informational. Stephanie done a great job teaching the course. I do however wish that it was easier to contact her, or the response time with emails was a little better. Overall I definitely would recommend this course.
