I've never left a review before, but I felt the need to express my experience with Kelly Galbraith as a health professional. She spent lots of time with me and listened to everything I told her about my body (many doctors do not). She was extremely polite and friendly. She gave me the referrals I needed and scheduled a follow-up appointment. My experience with her was very positive.
Kelly is genuinely disrespectful. I have had a difficult time transitioning from my doctor of 10 years, Dr.Brockhouse, to Kelly at Chestnut Family in Bloomington, IL. Instead of her attempting to understand this, she has acted ignorantly since day 1. In passing I had spoken with Dr.Brockhouse 10 minutes prior to Kelly. As soon as Kelly walked in she advised me she spoke with the director and under no circumstances was Dr.B. going to see patients and most certainly, not myself.
