Apparently they can't look up parts without your VIN? Odd since no one else said they couldn't look up prices or part numbers without it. 3 weeks ago I called for O² sensors and was given the correct part numbers but incorrect positions (upstream and downstream were transposed). 2 weeks before that I asked about a warning light I kept getting randomly and was told I most likely have too many accessories hooked up and possibly incorrectly.
