Amanda Gates in Houston literally made our worries disappear while searching for a house! She’s super helpful, resourceful, knowledgeable and just gets us. Amanda Gates was and is an outstanding Real Estate Agent. She went out of way to help us get this house. We're thankful she was the one that worked with us in this matter. We were lucky enough to work with Amanda in our search for a little getaway home in Galveston. We were moving from out of state so she had her work cut out for her!!! She answered our questions honestly and worked like the pro she is to help us with whatever we needed. She even took the time to work her schedule around our son, who lives in the area and was helping us with our search, to meet up with him and look at properties with us on Facetime. Belle Pierce is the best agent you can ask for! We were not familiar with the area, so we asked Belle a ton of questions! She is very knowledgeable about locations we were looking at. She would let us know whether they were in a flood zone or if there was an HOA. Not only was she responsive when asked for her option she was always honest and unbiased.
