It was okay. Never seen a podiatrist before. She was gentle and explained things, but was quick to just say there was nothing I could do but do one (1) type of stretch and wear better shoes. She said my bunions caused permanent damage to my foot, assumed I didn't want surgery (since most people are averse to invasive or costly procedures), which would have been the only thing she said would've fixed the issue, and she didn't bother taking x-rays of my feet, or answering my concerns regarding issues I've had with my knees and... read more
Dr Hall was very thorough. She explained why my feet and ankles hurt. She designed orthotics that corrected the problem. She took care of my broken bone in my foot also. She is the very best podiatrist I have ever seen.
Overall a very good experience.
For the duration of my treatment with Dr Hall for a broken foot, I've been so impressed by her. She takes the time to make sure you understand exactly what's going on (showing me the x-rays, discussing everything that's happening and what to expect, why my treatment plan is the way it is, etc). She was responsive and timely in helping me get the documentation I needed for work. While I don't recommend breaking your foot, if you do, Dr Hall is the doctor to see!
