This agency is awesome. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable - they're able to provide quotes with coverages tailored to your business. They helped me find a reasonable policy for my DJ company that far exceeded the coverages I was receiving through other direct to consumer carriers. They're always super quick to get me any information, make changes, or issue certificates when I need them.
I was in a tough spot regarding an event that required me to carry a significant amount of liability coverage. I called many other agents that couldn't help and then I found Kelly Insurance. Not only were they able to help, but they were able to put the coverage together fast and I was able to get a certificate of insurance for the venue the same day.
Things my insurance has been raised for: -Turning 30 -Being hit by another driver in a hit and run -My car being hit by a drunk driver while it was parked. When i asked the agent about the rate increase when I turned 30, they just said "OH yeah it just goes up sometimes." None of these rate increases were made known to me.
