They care about your money and not you at freedom Toyota. Jeff Hinkel as a salesman gives you the run around and orders you the wrong parts for your vehicle and there is no one there to ever answer your questions any time of the day. If you do manage to get someone and you make a vechial appointment add three hours to the time they say it will be done and forget about a free car washing, because all the time on there end was spent talking to one and another.

The dealership people were very friendly, they had lots of options to choose from and the salesman that we dealt with was great and very friendly.
Top notch experience all the way around, Mike not only got me into the vehicle I wanted but did it with a customer comes first approach. I would not have bought a car that day. The sales person Omar Nabi was excellent in that he listened to me. He captured the whole picture of my concerns.
