From the time you moved into the place and moved out of the place, their attitude would change 180 degree.
It has been two years since moving out and I still have nightmares about this company. Avoided at all cost, would not live there, even if rent would’ve been free
Not only will they charge you a fortune over minor scratches on the floor, but they will also make sure to make you look like the bad guy if concerns/issue are brought up during your tenancy. Please, just AVOID them.
Good building in Downtown. Lots of places in walking distance The Forks, Supermarket, City Place and Portage Place. Transportation nearby. The suites are nice, loads of space, friendly neighbours, balconies, and the indoor pool. Lived in the building for 5 years. At the beginning, the experience was great. I moved into the building last month and have many good things to say about the building and the resident manager, Carrie. The building is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. Carrie was very kind, responsive, and accomodating to my needs before, during, and after move-in time and ensured my suite was well prepared with several things upgraded in my suite by the time I was settled in. I’m happy with the building, suite, and management so far!
