Kelly Honda recommended – We bought our used Pilot this past summer and had a good experience with the Kelly Honda. It wasn't the typical used-car buying experience I've been used to and was dreading. Very laid-back experience without the pressure. The sales people there are very nice and helpful. Even the follow-up was good.
My new Civic is a *great* little car, and it has required very little service. A recall notice in the mail. Evidently, some wire that runs from the electric motor behind the rear seat to the gas motor up front had some risk of catching fire if a lot of weight was placed on it. Daddy likey! – So when my new car needed an oil change, I called Kelly Honda to make an appointment. But they said don't bother: just bring it in when it's good for you. Which I did. They took the car right away, and I had it back in about 15 minutes. Then they told me that the first oil change is on the house.
Unproffesional Staff – I did get the car I wanted for the price I wanted but the managerial staff was extremely condecending and rude
