The service and staff are exceptional at Kelly Honda of Lynn BUT I have to bring my 2013 honda CRV LX to them on Tuesday 2/16/16 because my battery will not start the vehicle. bought in April 2013 needded a new battery winter of 13/14 was defective n/c winter of 14/15 needed a new battery again was told battery was defective n/c now winter of 15/16 veh will not start on 2/14/16 I will jump start it and bring it to them on Tues and hope they can find why my battery is dying Impossible odds to think I could have been given thr... read more
Kelly Honda questionable service – Some time ago I took my 2006 Honda Pilot into Kelly Honda to have a scraping sound from both rear and front wheels checked out; a young mechanic and myself, I was asked to join to point out the problem, took a ride in the car. The sound was then quite noticeable but the mechanic asked me to point it out; he could not hear it; later in the shop they found nothing but some extensive rust build up on the perimeter of the rotors. My husband and I had a wonderful experience with everyone we dealt with at this dealership. Everyone was friendly, made sure we understood all the paperwork. Our only complaint was that when we picked up our new vehicle, the inspection sticker had not been done and we thought that it would be. We were given a voucher for the sticker and it didn't take long but it was one hassle we thought was going to be taken care of for us.
With my old car, the dealership (which was not convenient to where I lived or worked) did oil changes by appointment only. It became such a pain in the ass that I started going to a local Valvoline instead (the one on Western Ave in Lynn: they're great). So when my new car needed an oil change, I called Kelly Honda to make an appointment. But they said don't bother: just bring it in when it's good for you. Which I did. I have now bought two cars from Kelly Honda (2004 and 2010). Great overall experience and knowable sales staff both times. One both occasions price was lower than other Honda dealerships. The only issue I had is I had to wait a long time for the business manager for financing. Kelly Honda offered me two free oil changes for my wait. A+

Bought a car here in 08, and was pleasantly surprised by the team's professionalism. No high pressure, upselling, or shenanigans. Made the whole process simple - I had totaled my last vehicle and they even lent a loaner for a couple days until the new ride was ready. Didn't need to negotiate that in, just a courtesy. Thankfully no history with the service dept. Free carwashes included with the purchase - forever.
