Sarah & Albertina were absolutely excellent! Automatically felt beyond welcome as a first time purchaser and left feeling like I’m a regular! Had amazing help and suggestions from them both and even shared a few jokes. Smiled all the way home on my drive to back to Brantford but I will definitely be back for future anniversaries. Thank you so much for such an amazing experience ladies!
My boyfriend always goes in here with our dog Honey and gets me the most gorgeous bouquets. We live just down the street and for valentines he said he was going to go check the mail but actually RAN down the street to pickup my flowers that he had ordered. When he came back I was so confused why he was sweaty and why it took him so long to get the mail, but then when I saw the flowers it all made sense :)

i've already used Kelly for multiple occasions recently for my bridal shower and wedding! I appreciate Lisa listening to me, her patience and understanding, and ensuring that everything was well balanced when it came to photos and the colours I was looking at!
I am not from this area at all, however the recipient of the flowers is. Unfortunately the arrangement I wanted was not in stock but I was offered a different arrangement. The communication was fantastic and they arranged delivery directly with the recipient which was helpful. Thank you
