This Dr is an awful human being. He suffers from Arthritis himself ironically yet somehow seems to have very little empathy for his patients. After seeing him for many years he still sarcastically said "oh yeah, your middle name is pain, always has been" - 'chuckle'.... I thought HUH?? Because he had his new assistant in there I think maybe he was showing off for him - it felt that way. I thought I would find someone who genuinely cares about his pts but I guess not , I needed forms filled (which weren’t FMLA form) and they tried to charge me $75 (ridiculous) I told the provider never mind it’s okay my PCP took care of it for me & his next response was GOOD I DIDNT WANT TO DO IT ANYWAYS….very rude and not professional so I will not be back & I already found someone that take me & my health serious…it’s already hard enough to find someone to take African Americans health serious and for that comment I will n... read more
Dr. Timothy Kelly is my first rodeo with a rheumatologist after searching for an appointment between California and Nevada for over a year. He is so kind, attentive, professional and down to earth In his approach and how he explains conditions. I’m grateful for the experience I had with him and his staff. And I might mention it was one of the most efficient appointments and handling of a medical situation I have seen perhaps ever. Thank you, Dr. Kelly and staff for a really positive experience. Pamela
Dr Kelly and staff are very professional and very knowledgeable on rheumatoid arthritis. I’ve been going to him for over three years and I wouldn’t go see anybody else.
I have been to places with incompetent staff but this is by far the worst of all. The ladies at the front desk, especially the older lady, are so rude, have zero empathy and most of all no desire to work. She never has a solution, helping you is not her priority and anything that involves even the slightest effort, like checking incoming faxes or emails, is a problem for her.
