Great communication And service on my truck
I have been a customer at Kelly Ford for about 9 years, having first bought pre-owned Explorer, and then a new Explorer in 2020. For the longest time, I disliked calling the service center because of such poor treatment by employees. They were rude, argumentative, disrespectful and condescending.
