Great experience
Bought a bmw X5 within 100 miles Check engine light comes on, and fluids were not peoperly topped off, engine goes limp mode. No effort on behalf of kelly Ford to resolve this issue. 16k vehicle with 8k down. Only to have issues still not resolved!

Great experience! To say that these guys "Dr. Phil, Carlos & Charlie" went over, beyond & out of their way to make our experience great is still a understatement! I had several complications arise, and each time this team treated me with respect & professionalism at every turn! I would recommend them to anyone for buying a car! I actually ended up buying the Titanium edition (fully loaded vehicle) & I couldn't be happier! Thanks guys y'all are the best!!!
