The sales guy sent me the same standard email 3 times stating that he was "excited to be of service and provide you with the personalized attention that makes the purchase of your new vehicle easy". He told me that the price shown on Cargurus was the very best he could offer. That night, they reduced the price of the vehicle! This does not seem to be a professional company.
