Waste of my time. Sales manager very pushy and condescending. Then sold car while I was on test drive. I wouldnt even have bothered if told someone was interested. They lost any future business from me and any recommendations.

I was treated very well. Unfortunately, they wanted to "steal" my trade in. It is worth about $18,000. retail and I was offered less than $10,000. I am old, but not stupid.

Drove an hour and a half each way. The internet salesperson and Phil both confirmed the car would be ready and conditioned when I arrived. Not only was the vehicle not ready and clean as confirmed beforehand ( needed vacuuming, stain removing, wash, wax and 2 new front tires) but it wasn't even the same trim level or have the features described online!
