We had a favorable experience with the sales agent, Brody. He was honest and up front with the condition of the vehicle we were looking at.
I emailed the dealer for a final price without a trade in. The salesman sent a video of the wrong vehicle and never quoted a price. I would have bought the truck that weekend, but without the info I requested I changed my mind.
I contacted dealer they responded quickly with pictures and video. They were to get me a delivered price. Then all contact stopped. And salesman would not responded any further. I contacted dealer and spoke to another salesman they sold the vehicle and didn't have the courage or decency to tell me.

They were all great, and very friendly. They all put me at ease about buying the car. They answered any questions I had and even work with me about my down payment. I would recommend anyone looking for a dealership that cares about their customers to go to Kelly Ford.
