I was greeted with a big welcome and the dentist was so nice and helped me knowing my situation. A man and team that cares bout people. I would and will tell anyone to go to William Kelly's office. number one in my book....Excellent service.....
The experience at Dr. Kelly's office is as good as it gets for a dentist office. The staff is great and I never have to wait more than a few minuntes. Dr. Kelly is very thorough and explains all your options. I have never felt pushed or confused. My teeth have never looked or felt better. He stays up on the latest technology and treatments as well.
I have not had regular dental care in many, many years and was a little apprehensive about starting now. I am ashamed that I have neglected my dental care for so long. When I left your office Wednesday I was very pleased that I was treated with respect and kindness with no judgement for the state of my teeth. I am even a little excited about the future! I can't wait to see what happens in the years (yes...years) to come. I realize that it will be a work in progress and I am ready!!
I would really like it if they offered Zoom whitening! Everytime I am at Dr. Kelly's office I have a geat visit, all of the staff are friendly and personable. I really like that since I have been going there I have encountered the same staff members! Whenever I have questions, they are always willing to take out the extra time to make sure I have an understanding of everything!
It was great, from beginning to end. Great job, everybody!
