Dr. Kelly and all staff are top notch.
I have never been apprehensive about going to the dentist, so my first appointment with Dr. Will wasn't a concern. What I wasn't expecting was the nice friendly atmosphere. From Bobbie greeting me the minute I walked in, to Tanum making me feel like I was a friend. Dr. Will has a very calm and relaxing chair side manner that makes the visit very enjoyable. He and his staff are exceptional ! I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Nothing! I know I said that I didn't get a clear idea of my pricing or plan before I left but I reallllly appreciated the fact that Dr. Kelly asked me to return for another consultation at a time when he would be able to spend more time with me and a little more privacy at a time when my child isn't with me. Loved the office, beautiful! Staff was super! Dr. Kelly was fantastic! Can't wait to come back and he recommends!

I needed to ask what happened to my regular dental hygienist. I've seen the same person since I began my treatment there and if was called back by someone I've never met. I had to introduce myself to her. Not sure if it's appropriate or not, but maybe you just give a basic explanation of someone leaving the practice. Or, discuss introduction practices with the new hygienist (she may not be new there, but she is to some clients). Just am observation that I think may be helpful. I'm a very satisfied patient!
