I had the same experience as the Calipsan Cat reviewer with Candace, charging me $500 to clean tile and carpet PLUS $40 for a lanai power wash! Funny, nothing in the lease about move out re: the lanai....What a racket, definitely in cahoots with the specific cleaning company she told us to use as "other companies do a terrible job & if we aren't satisfied, we'll charge you even if you already paid for cleaning on your own", must be getting a kickback from the floor cleaning company - Deceptive, unprofessional and GREEDY - st... read more
I rented from Candace and, like another reviewer, had the same experience of being charged for tile and carpet that I had professionally cleaned per contract. She tried to deduct that charge again from my deposit but I fought it and got 100% of my deposit rightly back. Watch these folks and beware of their attempts under contract to mandate carpet cleaning and charge for normal wear and tear. I should have made them reimburse me for paying a carpet cleaner at all. This is by far one of the most unprofessional companies I've dealt with in a long time unprofessional enough for me to waste my valuable time writing this review to prevent others from falling into the trap. Candice was our arrogant realtor. We rented a property for two years a hassle for every thing needles to say that even though we went out of our way to leave the rental cleaner than it was when given to us they still managed to take $400 to professionally clean the tile which was already clean.
