I went in for a partial color and a trim. What I got was a chunk of my hair butchered on one side and the stylist didn't even say anything. Now my hair looks horrible and I'm stuck having to ware it up in a bun for awhile. They are to busy for the amount of ppl that come in and they don't have enough stylist.
