I wouldnt buy a car anywhere else but kelly chrystler from now on. Everyone is wonderful. I had the best salesman Dustin Brooks and the buying process was so smooth I left with a brand new jeep patriot. Then about two weeks ago I hit a deer. Dustin made sure my car got towed over to their body shop and I just got it back today and it runs/looks great. Cant even tell I hit that dang deer. I recommend everyone to kelly chrystler! Thank you so much everyone you where all awesome!
Very poor service! My car sounded like a tank after $700 of service. Took it back and was told there was a stone in my rotor. They wanted another $150 to fix a NEW problem since my inspection the day before. Will not return and will share this story with all! All staff were unprofessional and screamed at me in the parking lot. The TWO male staff even degraded the lady working in the service department saying she did not know what she was doing or saying.
