They are the best............ Very confusing to read such disparate reviews! Makes one wonder if we are all talking about the same place. I have been a Patient of Dr. Kelly since she opened her practice. So is my husband, grown children and their children. Every now and then a doctor's patient load will be so full, they can't accept any new patients for a while. Great place My entire extended family goes to this doctor. Most of them to Mr. Leonard the PA. No negative comments have ever been made. That is a total of 10 people. Always a doctor on call for you if yo need something after hours. Everything done electronically so my prescription is ready by the time I get to cape fear drug on Ramsey Street. Wonderful place!!!
NOT ACCEPTING ANY TRICARE! I am so irritated. I have been looking ALL over fay tor a good Dr. that will take tricare! My husband is deployed and I have come down south to be near family; but since he is not stationed at Bragg I have to find a Dr off base. Medical Arts Family Practice The first reviewer was having a bad nightmare and thought he was in Fayetteville at the Medical Arts Family Practice. This business is one of the nicer things about Fayetteville! The physicians are real and empathetic with the best bedside/chair-side manners in the business. Not Sure What Office The First 2 People Were In The doctors in this office are very good and they do care. I have been going there for a few years now and they are good. They take time to talk with you, explain things to you, tell you what may or may not happen in certain situations. They never rush you out to take care of someone else. Sneaky I called to check on my forms for my job accommodation. My doctor said if I needed something filled out to drop it off and he would get it done for me so I could get a different mouse. I dropped off friday, called today she said you have to give us at least a week. Whatever.... Now she calls back and states the forms are ready and I can pick them up, but to do so I have to pay 25.00!!!! Unprofessional behavior abuses patient's care I have been a patient of Dr. Kelly for more than 10 years. She is a wonderful doctor. BUT, her staff is absolutely awful. I feel abused. They have treated me with little respect or care. They have cancelled appointments at the last minute; sometimes not telling me until I have wasted my time and money to make the appointment.
