Worse ever scale 1 being the worse and 10 being the best THEY ARE 1 or 0 The First rating is MY STORY, that is what happened to me. You think your building a realtionship with your doctor only to find out that they don't CARE about your well being. Face it, it's not about YOU at Medical Arts. Medical Arts Family Practice PA is GRRREAT!! I love it, they are all wonderful there. Their old office was at valleygate, but they have moved and the new office is located on owen drive.
Good to me! I don't know what these other people are talking about but I have been going there for a year now and every time I go in it has a been a pleasant experience. The people are friendly and the place is extremely clean. They make me feel comfortable and if I am going through a procedure and I feel uncomfortable they will do anything they can to satisfy me. HORRIBLE! Watch OUT You can't depend on them. I've been on the same medication for 7 + years -- I travel often for business, therefore I can't go in every week.- These doctors do NOT care if YOU end up in the ER due to them NOT refilling your meds. I have proof that I was in the doctor's office at least every 2 months within the last year. THEY STILL WILL NOT refill meds. I don't know how these doctors get away with it. Unprofessional behavior abuses patient's care I have been a patient of Dr. Kelly for more than 10 years. She is a wonderful doctor. BUT, her staff is absolutely awful. I feel abused. They have treated me with little respect or care. They have cancelled appointments at the last minute; sometimes not telling me until I have wasted my time and money to make the appointment. Other reviews must be going somewhere else I am very surprised by the reviews for Medical Family Arts practice. I have been going there for over 15 years and never had one problem. The offices are new and always very clean. The PA and Drs. will take the time to talk and find out what the problems are. As far as the appointments I have gotten a quick appointment if I am sick, but normally I have to wait (like any other office) for an appointment. Sometimes personality just don't click. Don't waste your time Unbelievable- never even met the PA, office staff are like the Gestapo. Don't go to this office if you can't wait 30 minutes beyond your appt. time because if you re-schedule they call you up with some cock and bull story about your having a bad attitude and that you are not welcome as a patient. Confused which to rate? Are there not 2 different Medical Arts Practices? I have noticed that there are 2 Medical Arts Family Practices... could there be a mix up! I go to the one on Owen drive and it sounds just like the last 2 reviews... I love this practice and have just recently moved my entire family there. Maybe the other bad reviews are about the location at Valleygate drive??
Sneaky I called to check on my forms for my job accommodation. My doctor said if I needed something filled out to drop it off and he would get it done for me so I could get a different mouse. I dropped off friday, called today she said you have to give us at least a week. Whatever.... Now she calls back and states the forms are ready and I can pick them up, but to do so I have to pay 25.00!!!!
