Our condo flooded back in the spring of 2025. Our insurance recommended KCC and we were told it would be a 4-6 month completion. We have never had to make an insurance claim like this before and appreciated the care and time they took to do things right. Thank you.

Had a verbal quote for a job, they stated "probably can get it all done for under 10k." Also kept pushing me to use my home insurance which made me feel uncomfortable. Went with another company and some private contractors and got it completed for 4k.
