Came into the Service Department and was not even greeted by the guy (Dave) that handles my particular vehicle. Asked what my question was even though I told the first person I saw that I had an appointment for a recall issue to be taken care of. Seemed like he was upset to be working on a Saturday! We give Kelly Automotive Group a terrible rating. They do not follow thru on their call backs to see if the customer is satisfied. They helped us get a car for a first time buyer in an as is car but they never disclosed all the problems including that it was not a road worthy vehicle. Problems started happening as soon as we got home and within the next few days. We saw a small spot of oil on the driveway / parking spot at the dealership and were told not to worry about it. This will be the last vehicle I purchase from Kelly, and I've bought my last 3 cars there. I didn't get the vehicle I came it for because I was told it didn't have a lease program, only to find out later I was lied to because I found other dealers offered leases. I also had the vehicle in for service less than a month after purchase. I made an appointment anddescribed in detail what the issue was. Joe was AMAZING. After shopping ALL day for a car this was our last stop. Even though it was crazy busy he took care of us like we were his only customer. That man can hustle. He gave us everything we asked for. We got the car we wanted at a great price. He knows what he's doing and he's great at it. I'd buy a car from him any day of the week and I'll spread the word what a great place to buy a car.
Wonderful service! Thadd Taylor is the best! Definitely going to come here again.
