If I could give zero stars I would. I sent my car in for a transmission issue, I bought the car about 7 months ago and this was the first time I had to take it in for service other than an oil change. I had an extended warranty that covered the transmission and it took about 3 weeks of back and forth with the warranty company before they figured out what was wrong. I was so very pleased at the service I received from the minute I walked in to the minute I left. My sales person was Nikki Hall. She was pleasant , knowledgable and very professional. She explained everything in great detail and answered all my questions.. She owns the same car I purchased and thus gave me great suggestions on the car.
