I am the owner.This is regarding ************************* review.She bought the Virgin Hair Fertilizer and brought it to exchange.All this item even brand new looks like old and experation is ****. New one is closed but it was opened. I threw away and lost $10.00. I explained everything but she kept complaining and made me upset that item is old and expired. She told a lie. I did NOT follow her. I have pictures brand new and she returned.
The owner is rude and was upset that a product in the store was old so I exchanged it and he had the nerve to call me stupid. Very bad customer service and he follows people as they are shopping
