I have used Dr. Kelly for years and have been very satisfied until this year. My appointment was on Dec. 5, 2025. Contacts were order. It is now Dec. 26, 2025, and I still have no contacts. I realize the Christmas season can slow things down, but this is ridiculous. I have called the office every day this week, and phone calls go to a machine which says the mailbox is full. I only have the trial pair that were given to me on Dec 5. I truly need my contacts.
Love these people! Very professional office, yet personable and friendly as well. Dr. Kelly took into consideration all my concerns and provided me with several different types of contacts to try. They found solutions to my terribly dry eyes being able to wear contacts again and I couldn’t be happier!
Been using for years, will NOT be returning. I have been going to both the Bossier and the Shreveport location for probably 15+ years. I've never had an issue until this last year. I had a appointment last October. Took a month to get contacts. I was not told this nor has it ever taken that long. I called in March and May without being able to get threw to the office. My experience here was very discouraging . In April I gotten my eyes checked and ordered two boxes of contacts. A month went by, no call so I decided to call them for an update on when my contacts will come Was in hold 20 minutes a girl answered and then put me on hold for another 10 mins. They said my contacts did not come in. I waited 2 more weeks, and then went up their. Still, contacts did not come in euth no satisying answer as to why not.
