DR BUCKMAN is the BEST! She sees both my kiddos and I wish she could see me! Seriously. She is super kind and has so much patience. She is present, gets back right away, listens to us and very thoughtful. Dr Buckman helps provide solutions and includes her patients in their health care. Both of our kids have Dr. Troiano as their doctors and they both love her. She is friendly and always providing a welcome/calm environment even though the kids are not well, the parents are stressed and worried.
We took our son to this doctor's office on Friday, due to high temperature, she didn't checked my son carefully, she was on rush, just did flue and Covid tests, prescribed something very quickly and left. Today, when I was talking to her on the phone and criticized her on not checking my son carefully, she didn't listen to me and hung up. She didn't give us any instruction during these tough times and didn't understand our frustration.
A very kind, compassionate and knowledgable Doctor. She took time to listen to our queries and made our baby comfortable and laughing. Her personality is so vibrant and welcoming.
I have 3 kiddos, and we've been lucky enough to have Dr. Troiano as our pediatrician for the last decade. I say this with all of my heart, she is truly a caring human and really looks out for my kids. She has shown me so much patience when I was at my worst and stressed out of my mind. On top of it, she is so incredibly skilled, knowledgable, and has the most amazing bedside manner. I feel so at ease and lighter knowing she is our pediatrician. My kids love her! We are super grateful for her.
