I bought my first car there 20 years ago and had a great experience. Obviously times have changed. The most recent car I have purchased has had 2 major issues in 2 weeks! The Catalytic Converter less than 24 hours after purchase and the ECM 1 tank of gas after! They are refusing to repair the ECM. I have 3 teenagers trying to make it during a PANDEMIC and this business has 0 moral compass! They a bunch of crooks. sale you a car ,alright at 1st. but a couple days later, things start to be wrong with it. Saying it's not their responsibility. I could use other names for the GM and employees there, but imma be quiet. They just a bunch of crooks point blank.
Take your money sell you messed up cars and then hang up on you. Worst customer service place needs to be shut down honestly.
awful management. wouldnt recommend. got hung up on by the manager for wondering what's going to happen to my car If i cant make a payment due to COVID. was asked about my and my significant others unemployment and why we couldn't make a payment if we were recieving unemployment (when neither of us are and neither of us have recieved any finacial relief) will never recommend. after this one car is paid off... we will never shop there again.
They stole money from friend who got car from here by adding fees that were not valid .

Please. whatever you do, do not bring your business here and leave a courtesy bad review while you're here. Just trust me on this one. Single parents, military, Do not come here. Protect the community and warn other people also. They have their own bank and they will take as much money from you as they can and destroy your credit while they're at it.
