Very bad place.
I was previously a patient at this office but had to leave due to an issue with my insurance. When updating my insurance, the front office receptionist informed my husband and I that our new plan was in-network and would be accepted. Based on this information, I had my first appointment on October 25th and a second scheduled for November 19th. Dr. Kelly Alberda and his staff are amazing!! I am so glad I found this clinic. They all go above and beyond. I highly recommend them to all my friends and family!!
i scheduled a new patient appointment and they didn’t have any openings for like 4 months or so. so when the time is finally rolling around and the appointment is a week and half away, they give you NO way to cancel or reschedule. they absolutely refuse to answer the phone. i’ve been on hold multiple days they are open for over 30 minutes and no one picks up and i finally have to hang up. they send texts that keep reminding me of the appointment. they say “reply C to confirm or click this link: “ and when you click the link ... read more
I normally don't give reviews to places I have been to, but this unfortunately deserves it. I called Dr. Alberda´s office to set up an appointment for an ankle fracture that I had recently gotten. I needed a reference for an orthopedic surgeon. When I called, the receptionist was incredibly rude; she said she was not going to be able to give me an appointment till a month later even though my case WAS an emergency.
