I used to hate the dentist and dread going. But after I finally decided to find a new dentist I was so happy that I chose Kelly. The office was very welcoming and everyone was so nice and talkative. They were very interested in my well being and giving me all the best information. They made me feel very comfortable and even more so after I told them of my fear of the dentist and of needles. I love going to Kelly so far and I've only been to one appointment!
You are an excellent team! I had some pretty bad coffee/tea staining on my teeth that required tons of extra cleaning effort. This issue was expertly taken care of in a kind, friendly, professional manner. And this is after I was tardy for my appointment. When I apologized for being 20 minutes late, I was let off the hook with a joke and "no problem, at least you called" ... Tom, the temp hygienist was the best I have ever experienced. Not only efficient, but also extremely educational.
Dr. K. Elward is both professional and courteous. She added me to her packed schedule on just a 3 day notice, right before her office's holiday shutdown. Her office is replete with all the most modern dental technologies, computer screens above her patients chairs, digital x-ray systems, and her office is immaculate and recently renovated. Her staff are as amicable as they are competent.
