Was seen on short notice. Received a requested exam for problem area. Results of exam relieved my worry.
Gentle Dentist and Hygienist for people who are very sensitive! Always kind
I used to have anxiety going to the dentist. I had to be sedated for all procedures. Dr. Elward and her team have helped me get over my anxiety and now I have no fear of going in. I refer her to everyone I know that is looking for a new dentist. Had my first cleaning this week without any sedation and was perfectly fine.
I have a very serious TMJ condition that makes any dental visit difficult to say the least and extremely painful. In 20 years, I have never been treated as well with respect as I was with Dr. Elward. Not only did she listen as I explained my situation, but SHE GOT IT.....She was gentle, understanding, compassionate, and efficient and did everything feasible to make my procedure as painless as possible. Excellent care in a friendly environment.
The only reason I wouldn't recommend this office is that I've observed people really need to find their own dentist. It's like marriage: There's a chemistry that matters outside of the professionalism of the practice.
One never likes to go to the dentists, but this experience was as good as it can get. Kelly and her staff are friendly, professional and personable. I was made thoroughly comfortable.
