I am a dentist's worst nightmare. A friend claimed she was also, and that she had found a gentle and competent dentist in Kelly Elward. Six teeth had broken, partly due to a B12 deficiency, but mostly because I was so frightened to have work done. This was due to a bad experience with two previous dentists, one of whom professes to be the #1 dentist in Santa Rosa (his work caused an abcess). I searched and searched for a good dentist. Dr. Elward and her staff are exemplary in every way. I had a fear of dentists and Dr. Elward cured me! One of her dental hygenists, Melissa, has taken care of me for several years and she is wonderful! Professional, skilled, and warm. It's a pleasure to go to the dentist. Who knew?

Dr. Elward is the best dentist I have ever had. She and my dental hygienist have created a situation that allowed me to get over my dental phobia. They treated me with care, were never judgmental, and made sure I was pain free.
