Had a 1:45 appointment today. Not a long wait time at all. The physician and the physician in training that treated us were great. The staff was friendly and judging from the previous reviews, it seems like their service has greatly improved. Wonderful experience; will continue to use their services in the future.
Hmmm I see things have surely changed in the past 7-12 months... I live in the area and found this clinic by referral since they accept walk-ins (cause sometimes you can’t predict that you are going to wake up sick!). After a visit or two, I decided to make this clinic my new “family doctor”. All nurses and doctors (I have seen 2 different ones) are really nice and professional. I have been in and out of the clinic within the hour. So in overall, I surely recommend this clinic :)
As the below stated stay away from this office. Terrible service, terrible follow-up, terrible staff! Clay Robinson was the best but even when he was there it was a challenged to stay becuase of the staff. I am so happy he has moved on to bigger and better oppurtunities I just wish my insurance accepted him.
STAY AWAY – I can not say this loud enough: THIS OFFICE HAS THE BIGGEST BUNCH OF IDIOTS WORKING THERE. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR. THE WORST POSSIBLE EXCUSE FOR MEDICAL SERVICE. I GAVE IT ONE STAR ONLY BECAUSE YOU CAN'T POST A REVIEW WITHOUT A RATING......
Find another clinic! – The reviews below say it all. The only thing I would like to add is that I am a 4 year patient of PA, Clay Robinson. I don't have anything negative to say about the care my family received from him. We have opted to follow him to his new clinic.
RE: Try Another Clinic! – You will wait extra long and you will see a PA not a doctor, refills are hard to get reapproved and you may have extra fees to pay during your visit. Keep looking for another clinic!
Keep looking – I've never witnessed such irresponsible behavior from a medical clinic. My husband has been a patient for over 2 years there. His PA left the clinic (wise choice), and when he called for an appointment, they told him it would take more than a month to see him. He's out of medicine, and they won't refill without collecting their co-pay. The last time my husband went without his meds, he suffered a grand mal seizure and suffered a dislocated shoulder.
