I took my father for a follow doctor's appointment on 17 August 2019. I got my dad checked into the self service computer system, and shortly after a nurse named Nicole, came out to tell us that my dad's blood sample taken 3 weeks ago, was picked up by an unauthorized laboratory company, along with the samples of several other patients. The Doctor's are probably fine; I had a good experience when I made it to one. But they must be taking on waaaaaay too many patients. I was really sick one day and sat on call waiting for 30 minutes (listening to the same message over and over when all I wanted to do was sleep since I was so sick). I finally gave up and went online to submit a form that promises they will call back in 24 hours. They never called. Had a bad experience here. After bleeding for 4hours from sutures in my mouth, and unable to locate my dentist the staff at my dentist told me to contact my doctor. I called them three times,(per hour) with them telling me they would call back. The third time I said I am just coming in because I was really scared they said fine- they had a 1:15pm open. Had a 1:45 appointment today. Not a long wait time at all. The physician and the physician in training that treated us were great. The staff was friendly and judging from the previous reviews, it seems like their service has greatly improved. Wonderful experience; will continue to use their services in the future.
I don't know what those people are talking! So what you have to wait. My husband has been getting asthima attack and he got some pills and inhalers for the er. When they were gone we called Kellum because my husband has been going to Kellum for 4 years now. Kellum Jr gave my husband a refill and a better inhaler for free
