Five stars are not nearly enough to describe Randy's level of service and attention to detail! Having been a realtor, I have met many great real estate agents through the years, but Randy is exceptional! He actually answers his phone and responds to texts/emails in a prompt manner. Randy Kellogg was fantastic. Our house sold in about a week. Our buyer tried to cancel the agreement about 2 weeks before closing. Randy worked with the buyer's agent to try to salvage the deal. He determined that the buyer's lender was the problem, and he convinced the buyer to use a different lender. That saved our sale and our closing was only delayed by one day. Without Randy, we would have been forced to put our house back on the market, and we would have lost the home that we were buying in another state.
