The office staff was more than courteous and helpful. Dr. Kellogg was on top of her medical information and answered all my questions with our rushing off. I felt most comfortable with her and look forward to being a patient at this office! Getting an appointment was not too difficult and I wasn't waiting long at all to be seen and start the process of making sure she could help me to lead a healthier well monitored life regarding my issues. I am a retired R.N. Who appreciates her style.

I have had the worst experience with this doctor and her billing/office staff. I just wanted a health screening form completed as part of a check up which is covered by my insurance. She incorrectly coded it as an office visit which is not covered. Mistakes are understandable, but the service and courteousness in sorting it out has been abysmal. I feel cheated and lied to. Don't go to Dr. Kellogg. It's a risk you shouldn't be willing to take.

She's amazing!! She was my Dr for over 5 years. My insurance changed ?? and so she's no longer my Dr. She very thourghall, and takes the time to talk to you. She also takes the time, which I think is important, to read your file. Therefore, Dr Kellogg is prepared when she meets with you and is upto date with your situation. Office staff is also great!??

Dr Kellogg is a wonderful physician and has such a positive energy about her. She listens to you, explains everything and answers all your questions.

Would give negative stars however not able to. I am unable to get same day appointments due to my insurance being HMO. The office manager is always yelling profanities during her phone calls with what I believe are other patients. The front office is very polite and does his job amazingly well. The other nurse always seems busy possible because the Office Manager is on her cell phone most of the time I've gone. But she is very sweet and semi-helpful.

Dr. Kellogg is a master diagnostician and more thorough than any doctor I have seen. I am in the healthcare field and I can tell you, her ability to listen, attend to detail and at the same time, keep you on track, is amazing. I really appreciate her, so much so that I am changing my new insurance plan, to one with which she is a provider.

This doctor is awful. Total quack! Has zero Doctor / patient skills . Won't spend more than 5 mins with you , won't call you back, and the office then refers u to urgent care. What a friggin joke! But then what do u expect? Look at her credentials. Gets her medical degree at some funky school in the Caribbean on the island of Monserratt . Lol! May as well be Devry, people, do yourself a favor and drive an hour to LA , get a real doctor that's affiliated with cedars Sinai , and run far from miss Caribbean.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kellogg's for 22 years, our staff and medical care has always been 100% amazing. Dr. Kellogg researches everything and leaves no stone on return. She always goes the extra mile for you through herself or getting you to the correct specialist. I am in my early 60s now and I will continue with her on into my Medicare years. Best doctor ever! I Feel like a guinea pig for proper medication,she misdiagnosed me.
