Her inability to correctly diagnose or show care is something that I wouldn’t believe if it hadn’t happened to me. She is awful and should not be allowed to practice.One day after seeing her I ended up in the hospital for 7 days.My advice is to stay away from her or you might end up dead.
She's taken great care of me for 20 years now. 10 years in, I came to her with a Brain Injury from a concussion and she quickly got me referrals that saved my life. Beyond that, I find her very knowledgeable and caring and I'm proud she's my primary care physician. I looked her up to get an address and saw so many bad reviews I HAD to chime in. Dr. Cheryl Kellogg is GREAT!!!
I don't know what I'd do without her because few are as thorough, smart, thoughtful, and good at being a doctor! She gets everything right! Her office is a well-oiled machine, and there's not many left like hers, where you know everyone by their first name and it's not a revolving door. She's at the center of it, providing good care.
I recently signed up via my medi-care coverage. So far, not a good experience. As other reviews I have called several times but have not ever received a return call. Paul is the only one that has been responsive to anything, but he is now on vacation and no one else will help. I will be putting in a grievance with Medicare, these types og practices should not be servicing elderly people.
Dr. Kellogg has been my doctor for 10 years and now my husband’s Dr. for the past 8 years. I have referred her to a few of my closest friends and they are so thankful for her. She’s caring, very thorough, knowledgeable and takes her time answering all your questions. Paul and Nancy are awesome and super helpful. I love and appreciate Dr Kellogg so much that if my insurance wasn’t accepted, I’d pay cash to keep her as my Dr.
Makes billing issues!!!!! Costing insurance nine payments.
Also misdiagnosed, and front staff was unprofessional. Switched a long time ago!
Fantastic doctor.Never rushed, has time for each patient and personalized treatment. Did research for an obscure condition I have and found something to help. This was on her own time and her idea not mine. I have been to the highest specialists at both USC and UCLA. Only Dr. Kellogg took the time and trouble to help. Very, very thorough. Office staff great. All work as a team to provide best patient care.
I have NEVER been referred to urgent care, she has always listened, taken time with me and asked and answered questions. A specialist I saw after I took the baseline tests she ordered asked who the doctor was that had ordered the tests . He wasn't familiar w/ her but said she had ordered a test that most internists he knew didn't know to order. He was extremely impressed that she had ordered it.
