As I am typing this I am literally hyperventilating and crying. I tried to let the issue go and leave it up to “karma” to handle but I cannot! If I could give more than five stars, I would! Our experience with Anchor Property Management was outstanding from beginning to end. When we decided to rent out our home, Anchor made the entire process incredibly easy. They handled everything from advertising the property and screening applicants to running credit checks, coordinating inspections, and taking care of all the details. If I could give zero star I would! This place runs just to screw people! Don't try and rent through them if you have a family or arent loaded because you'll send your application fees and then they tell you all their arbitrary requirements. What a terrible experience! Can't believe it! Whatever they can do to make you think your ahead. They are, when agents tell you one thing and then the company says another after you send in an application. Be weary, make sure you read any and all fine print here.
