Using this company for property management has been the worst, they don't care about the upkeep of your house. They charge extra fees here and there. If you need help with any issues with your house they charge you for it... If I could I would choose not to work with them at all and when I go to buy a house I'll make sure to use a different real estate company.
Wonderful experience working with Anchor! Their team is very friendly and easy to work with. They take a lot of the stresses away of being an owner; tenant issues, lease issuance and renewal, rent payments, preventative maintenance, etc. I am able to sleep soundly knowing they have my best interest in mind and know I can always count on them to help out with any situation!

They always fix maintenance requests fast, they are easy to rent from and have good communication. Rachel is my POC/agent I go through and she is always nice and responsive!
