Called almost two weeks ago asking for a appointment and was told the Dr. was not making any appointments till April. I asked about a med I was taking and was told i don't know we will have to call you back and still no call.

I got this doctor's name from Blue Cross and contacted them in November 2017 to become a new patient. After confirming she was taking new patients and my insurance, I was told to have my records faxed, she would review and call with appointment. Records faxed 11/29/2017. Called early December and was told they had my records and phone #, would review and call in a couple days. A month later no call. I picked up records 01/25/18 and will find another doctor. Not good business.

-very rude front office staff -cares more about making $$ than about patients-wanted to charge me $25(!) OOP to fill out a half page form -not transparent-went in for a visit, where I had to pay 100% out of pocket, when it should have been covered 100% by insurance-they refused to resubmit claims, & didn't care one whit about the fact that they had mislead/deceived me -pushes meds, rather than determine cause of symptoms or offer alternative solutions DO NOT recommend, will not be EVER be back.
